Refund Policy

1. Who processes your payment

All Billboard BotPro purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates (“Paddle”), acting as the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes such as VAT, invoicing, and the execution of refunds. When a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method; banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the credit.

2. 14-day refund for first-time purchases

If this is your first purchase of a Billboard Bot Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans and covers your first purchase for a given Discord server.

3. Renewals and other purchases

Automatic renewals are not covered by the 14-day guarantee, but we are not interested in keeping money for a service you did not mean to keep: if a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of the charge and, provided the new period has seen no meaningful use, we will refund it. Requests outside these windows are reviewed case by case in good faith.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@billboardbot.app with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order number (you will find it in the receipt email from Paddle). We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and eligible refunds are passed to Paddle for execution immediately. You may also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.

5. Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal linked in the dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no partial refund is issued for the remainder unless section 2 or 3 applies.

6. What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, the server’s Pro entitlement ends immediately. Billboards and frames above the free plan limits are paused — never deleted — and resume if Pro is purchased again later.

7. EU consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting the subscription immediately at checkout you consent to the service being provided during the withdrawal period; our 14-day first purchase guarantee in section 2 meets or exceeds the statutory right in practice. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold under EU or Czech law.

8. Free plan and vote rewards

The free plan and Pro time granted as a reward for voting on bot-listing sites are provided free of charge, so no refunds apply to them.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — a refund through us or Paddle is faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of the associated account.
